Controller Companion

Controller Companion

How do i connect the controller?
I have a wireless controller. But i went go buy some sort of rechargeable battery pack with a think that hooks up to the controller and hooks intro a USB port and it does not work. So it either does not allow the controller to be hooked up to the PC or im doing something wrong.
If you insult me then, know your a bad person.
if you help me in any way then thanks
this is the one i have: https://www.google.com/search?q=xbox+controller+rechargeable+battery+pack&biw=1242&bih=565&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=XWRZVbzHL8HOsAWZ1oHABg&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAg#imgrc=OIViiZWQnJVSCM%253A%3BlTse7d34LEt7ZM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.chinadigitalmall.com%252F1082-thickbox%252Fxbox-rechargeable-battery-pack-for-xbox-360-4800mah.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.chinadigitalmall.com%252Fen%252F312-xbox-rechargeable-battery-pack-for-xbox-360-4800mah.html%3B600%3B600

Just buy the receiver. It's not much more expensive. I actually bought mine for $20 (although that may have been on sale, i can't remember).
The receiver only needs one USB port, and yet you can use multiple controllers on it. You already have a wireless controller anyways, so you might as well just get the receiver.
