Indie Crossover idea

[An Easy Target]

I have, for a while now, imagined a crossover franchise- ideally an open world role-playing, and/or strategy, game; maybe an animated series- of various lesser-known Indie Game IP's.

Most people who imagine crossovers, myself included, mainly focus on the playable characters and their objects/worlds/etc. I personally realize that if I could ever realize this dream, I would want to make the world itself, a medley of various IP's, many of which without characters.

Surrealist shape-based games like this one would compile a very surreal universe. I would love to make oO's imagery, and even animations based on its gameplay and the screen wave in higher difficulties, among the main such IP's present. Maybe even work it into gameplay by having some rings manifest among the terrain the playable characters must navigate?
