I see we have "two game" and "unstable" is a dev branch, where they testing and after pull it into the main branch. So, you need to search "starbound" on your library and that's all :D

all of you are pretty much wrong, unstable is just a seperate starbound installation made for modding without having to risk your main game saves

although it might be a chucklefish beta branch too but we havent seen starbound updates in years

No you are actually wrong and Mickey is right. This was always intended to be dev branch for testing updates. Yes, the game has not gotten a proper update in 4 years but it does not change the fact why the unstable version was designed for.

It's used by the developers for testing updates. That said, the devs have abandoned this game. Search in your library for Starbound and play the normal version.

Chucklefish recently announced a job listing for a "legacy product," so I'm curious if it's for another game or are they are going to go back and do something with this since it's their only real eyesore as far as released products are concerned.
