Pale court mod makes hollow knight lag

in hegemol fight, some keys are having some delay while playing and some actions are taking some extra time to happen, even when I battled against Isma and dryya that didn't happen

idk if you figured this out, but there's not much info to go on here unless it's a widespread issue.
you also might have better luck in the HKmodding discord channel than here.

i'm trying not to spoil much for myself as i have a bit of interest in this mod, but this fight does seem to have quite a bit of background animation that is absent of the base game.

if your pc is on the older side, that might be why it's abnormally slow for this fight.
either way, i'd recommend the HKmodding discord to help resolve "mod" stuff quicker.
