Can i get all 6 endings in one Playthrough?

I've read you can get all the original three ending (and Mr mushroom) in one playthough.
Can i also do the god-master endings in the same playthough?
If so, what order should i do them in?

Yes you can.
The endings can be done in any sequence except for the first one, which gets locked after getting Void Heart. So,

1. The Hollow Knight: Don't get Void Heart, just go to the final boss room and defeat him.
2. Sealed Siblings: After getting #1, get Void Heart and defeat the Hollow Knight again. After Hornet stabs him in the head, continue slashing him and defeat him normally.
3. Dream No More: Basically the same as #2, except that when Hornet stabs him in the head, dreamnail the boss and fight The Radiance.
4. Passing of the Age (Mr. Mushroom): Just do his sidequest anytime.
5. Embrace the Void: Defeat the Pantheon of Hallownest.

For #5, if you give Godseeker a Delicate Flower, the ending will differ a bit but you should still be able to get the same achievement even if you don't go for the flower.

As an addition to arceus03's post: If you want to see both new Godmaster endings, first finish the Godmaster DLC and then give the godseeker a delicate flower and finish it again. Reason: If you give her a delicate flower you will lockout yourself from the first variation Godmaster ending.

And I suggest you to do the Godmaster endings last since they are the most difficult to get.

I just want to say that you need to dreamnail the hollow knight in the head for ending 3.
