you can get the credits in hollow knight with only 1 npc deaths (the godseeker) (I think)
you're going for the godmaster ending with the delicate flower,
save zote normally,
don't kill dreamers, just fight uumuu and watcher knights, this saves quirrel,
only do first 2 coliseums, tiso dies if you do the third (for some reason you don't have to fight god tamer to unlock it in hall of gods)
don't get all essence, seer will ascend
since you didn't kill dreamers, forgotten crossroads will not infect, saving myla I think
don't save cloth, this prevents her from helping kill traitor
fight all other bosses normally
I don't think you have to fight NKG? I'm probably wrong
give godseeker the delicate flower to prevent the shade lord from escaping, but don't complete the quest, as that kills the grey mourner
do the PoH
(even the hollow knight is saved, he appears in the final cutscene, uninfected)
I probably forgot something, plz tell me if I did

You also have to avoid picking up the Monarch Wings, as that is a secondary trigger for the Infected Crossroads. You should still be able to fight Broken Vessel and Lost Kin to unlock them, but you can’t pick up the upgrade.
Edit: might precent you from reaching some bosses: Hornet 2 and Markoth I think both need it at least.

Hornet 2 and markoth are reachable without Monarch Wings, (once, i even reached them without Mantis claw!) but the wings are required for White Palace. Though there may be a way to skip them, depending on some things i won't explain here, Monarch Wings are still required just to access PoH in Godhome.

Also i think myla gets infected when you pick up the Crystal Heart, not the wings. (And CH is even more required than MW.)

I've recently got back into hollow knight can you explain this to me. I've beat hollow knight and I understand the main story but not god seeker lore or whatever you are talking about and I have seen the ending once what is that monster which jumps hornet. I know this was from a year ago but if you responded that would be cool.

I'm not sure what your question is?

I just want godmaster mode and the ending explained.
And also what this steam post is about.

Godmaster mode is basically a mode into which you can start a savefile. I think its purpose might be to allow players who've unlocked it to fight almost all bosses whenever they want, even if they get rid of their other save files.
I'm not sure how to best explain the ending, and this also probably isn't the discussion for it.

That post is someone theorizing what path one could take through the game to reach an ending with as few NPCs meeting their end as possible.
However, OP forgot/didn't know a few things while theorizing that path, such as the fact the trigger for Myla becoming infected is getting the Crystal Heart, or that Monarch Wings are required for the Godhome ending.

Ok thank you I understand more about it now.
