I missed the damn birth cutscene in the Abyss.....

Im really enjoying this game and I dont wanna miss anything, Ive heard this cant be undone and I want that upgraded charm. Is there anything I can do to undo this and does it stop me from getting 100/112% completion?

I'm not really sure if I follow... The birthplace sequence isn't missable, and can be completed at any time as long as you have the necessary item. Unless you're saying that the game glitched out, somehow skipped the entire sequence and just gave you the Void Heart.

Otherwise, if the problem is that you can't reach the area, make sure you actually have the Kingsoul equipped.

So I picked up the lifeblood core and it just kicked me out of the room and it wont open now. So i dont really know what to do. But no, it hasnt given me the Voidheart. I am in the abyss so i have the kingsoul.

Different room. The one you're looking for is right at the bottom of the Abyss.
The only thing you may have missed in the Lifeblood room was an Arcane Egg (the only missable collectible in the game, which doesn't count towards completion).
