Infinite zote room

I've beaten 57 and gotten a zote title screen, anything special after 57? Like at 100/114 kills?

If you don't kill all the normal ones (the ones that spawn the earliest), the fat ones don't appear as early. I usually kill one or two of them, then focus on the jumping/flying ones and ignore the normal ones. That got me up to... 27 I believe.
