I’d add Grey Prince Zote, Lost Kin, Hornet Sentinel and maybe normal Grimm to the list though.
Grimm is only intimidating if you don't know what you're doing, his patterns aren't hard to learn, and once learned, he becomes very easy.
Grey Prince I'll agree with. His patterns have a lot of inconsistancies, which makes learning difficult.
Hornet Sentinel, isn't too bad, but still probably in the top 15 or so.
I suppose Pure Vessel can be on the 'top 10' list, since its one of those bosses that usually takes a lot of practice to beat for the first time. However, PV did not take me very long to learn compared to Nightmare King, and I beat it much more consistantly.
If we consider the Dream Warriors for the list, we should probably only consider their Ascended fights, because their normal fights are more of a nuisance than an actual challenge. As such, Markoth will be ranked the 2nd hardest boss for me.
As they are for those that want a real challenge and not actually their base bosses needed to beat for example the final ending.
I just meant that it don't count with double damage, as that make some bosses that really aren't difficult at all really hard (due to much coming at you at the same time).
The easiest way to rank difficulty would be to be based on how hard it is to avoid getting hit.
I've beaten every boss on at least Ascended, except for 3; Markoth, Sly, and AR. So those would be my top 3 based on that ranking system, since I haven't even unlocked Radiant for them yet.
EDIT:
Pantheon of the Master: early-game difficulty
Pantheon of the Artist: mid-game difficulty
Pantheon of the Sage: late-game difficulty
Pantheon of the Knight: end-game difficulty
Pantheon of Hallownest: post-game difficulty
...
or at least, I think that was the intention.
Pure Vessel
Nightmare King Grimm
Nailsage sly
Grey prince zote
Radiance
Nosk (suprisingly I know. Probably because I wandered in accidentally with a level 1 nail and few charsm)
Hornet Sentinel
Soul Tyrant (only super hard dream boss for me. Still can't easily do)
ASCENDED Markoth (he's super easy in normal mode, but was the most common run ender for the pantheon of hallownest)
ASCENDED Collector (Self explanitory)
Me: plz die, man
Collector: WUHAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAHAAAAA! woooheeha!
I haven't gotten to the AR or PV, but I am currently working through NKG. Radiance has to be up there. You may be able to throw in Beast Tamer due to the whole Trial of Fools thing.
From my experience (boss alone, attuned), it would have to be something like this (assume endgame gear and perks):
1) Radiance
2) Nightmare King (Grimm)
3) Nailsage Sly
4) Nailmasters Oro and Mato
5) Grey Prince Zote
6) Paintmaster Sheo
7) White Defender
8) Watch Knights
9, 10) Galein, Hive Knight, etc?
I'm not entirely sure, though.
2. Pure Vessel
3. Nightmare King Grimm
4. Markoth (Ascended)
5. Radiance
6. Grey Prince Zote
7. Nailsage Sly
8. Watcher Knights
9. Nailmasters Oro and Mato
10. Xero (Ascended)
I dunno which one is faster tho.
2. Radiant Markoth.
3. Radiant Absolute Radiance.
