Though now that I think about it That may not be correct. I think maybe that is just how final encounters work. Quirrel will only show up at Blue Lake after Monomon and I believe Tiso won't leave town until you talk to him.so you can't find him at the Coliseum until then. Same with Zote, who won't be at the Coliseum until you've saved him in both locations.
It still feels different than all the other ones, but I guess it really isn't. Either way I wish it was a little clearer that you can even save her. I didn't think it was possible on my first go and only learned because I didn't take the time to save her when I speedran the game for the achievements.
So she died the warriors death she wanted, and was reunited with "Nola" at the end of things.
