The thought had crossed my mind, but I've no idea what it could be. I've got all the charms and Void Heart, all mask shards and soul vessels. I've killed every boss and dream boss that I know of except Radiance, who I don't think counts for the 100%. I've looked at the requirements for 100% and nothing stands out. But you know, I've been at this for 70 hours and it's all becoming a blur.
Edit: Also got all the nail and spell upgrades.
Edit 2: Oh, it's Descending Dark! That's what I'm missing! Ha!
Check out this thread for tons of great advice:

For me it was the highlight of the game. I came at it twice. First time i found the Collosuem i completed the first two Trials without too much hassle. After dipping my toes in the third Trial i immediately found myself to be a bit underpowered. I was facing a whole bunch of enemies id never met before, unlike the previous two Trials. I still gave it a few goes but i took that as a hint and tbh id prefer to meet these enemies and learn their patterns in a more organic way, through exploring areas and fighting them individually.
Once i had my dude fully upgraded i went back and eventually beat it, coupled with new found familiarity in those late game enemies. Was still pretty damn hard, hit a brick wall a few times. Experimented, tried out a few different things. Figured out like others, that the charm which lets you charge your attacks quicker is a huge help for those 3 way flying spitting ♥♥♥♥♥ that everyone including myself, hates.
Its definitely an endurance test, much like the later forms of a certain Grey Prince.
I did burst out laughing though when it reaches the phase where spikes appear below you and the platforms raise, loads of those jumping spiders start spawning all over the place. I died there the first time i got to it and i wasnt even mad it was so ridiculous. Turns out theres a kinda easy way to cheese that phase, that also depends on a tiny bit of luck.
Anyway, those of you feeling the salt. Its alright, come back to it another day. Sometimes if you burn yourself out in one go theres no point in continuing, plus ive noticed that the next day you're a lot better as that muscle/pattern memory has a chance to set it. ;)
Funny thing is, it was always building up, the feeling of "oh god that enemy is difficult, I sure do hope it won't get harder than this", and surely enough it did, and this Aspid is out there on the list of enemies that I will less likely escape without a scratch even if I tried as much.
Kinda sucks that I do need to do the entire arena though, as that would seriously make steel heart even harder...Good thing saving and quitting is a merciful option...Though I wonder if permadeath appplies in dream fights as well..
Also NICE JOB STEAM I CAN SEE WHAT'S WRITTEN IN THOSE HEARTS WHEN I QUOTE SOMEBODY. Talk about oversight.
