Deepnest trap
While searching where the hell the Weaver's Den was (I entered it then immediatelly left), I read this entry on the Hollow Wiki about the Beast's Den:

"When the player first enters this building, they are encouraged by a group of Husk Dandies to sit on the Bench, after which the player is trapped in webbing and taken to a labyrinth further inside."

This never ever happened to me. So I must ask. Which bench? Where?

Can someone make a circle on paint on the map of deepnest where this even takes place? Also if you can circle where the weaver's den is too, I'll be grateful.

It's in the building in the Beast's Den area. This trap is actually required to reach Herrah the Beast, by the way.

Not it is not. I have reached Herrah without any kind of trap whatsoever.

Keep in mind that I did not acess the deepnest through the Mantis Village, perhaps that was the problem?

Ehm, no, it is litterally a must to reach Herrah. There is no other way to reach her without going trough the trap.

You enter the large webb covered structure above the lake in the distance village and you see a bench. The bench is the trap.

ohh... I thought that dreaming statue that we can fight (one marked as a coffin) was the Beast Herrah. Turns out it's the "Dreamer" icon thing. I never entered that door, I thought it would be a boss fight.

I see, then.

But I still have no idea where's Weaver's Den.

Gigantic icon, in distant village. Go there.

Weaver's Den isn't in distant village... it's not possible! I entered it before (I remember the icon below saying "weaver's Den" and I'm 100% sure I did not enter the gigantic icon in distant village. It was way before the village.... there's gotta be another entrance somewhere?

The weavers den is a seperate area from the beasts den. Beast's Den is where Herrah is, Weaver's Den is in a room to the right behind a Stalking Devout and a breakeable wall. There's a rancid egg inside and when you leave you see a spider run away. That's really all that's in there besides corpses, but there's also a hidden wall with a strange symbol behind it.

Also, technically you can reach Herrah without triggering the trap. There's an unmarked section of the roof in that room that you can reach via Crystal Heart + Monarch Wings that gets you up above faster and in a safer(?) part of the maze.

I found in youtube that there's a secret entrance to the Weaver's Den. That's probably where I stumbled upon.

I find it unlikely that you'd have discovered the hidden entrance without noticing the trap. Unless there's another wat in from outside I don't know about. The gidden path I mentioned is literally in the same room as the trap, it just allows you to skip the trap/cutscene and start further in the maze.

If you are still looking for the weavers den, I believe it's 2 rooms right of the Beast Den in the room on the map with the weirdly circular right side at the top right corner. Not 100% on that, but as far as I can remember that's where.

Pretty sure the hidden entrance must be unlocked from within the den by walking over it/cutting a vine. So you have to trigger the trap to get there the first time.

Not it isn't. Not the one I found first.

It was in deepnest general area. Here was what I found. And it explains why I never found it again, it's pretty hidden. See when it shows "weaver's den" when you enter that door? Yea, that's because he wasn't inside weaver's den. That place in in the "Deepnest" area.

P.s: afterwards I did go to the Distant Village area and found the Weaver's Den via the usual trap, But it's a different place than the one I had found first and asked about here.

Yeah okay, weird. I've never been to that place myself (didn't know it existed). Does that place link to the area that the trap takes you to? If not than the 2 places sharing the same name just leads to confusion when discussing a place called Weaver's Den... (as evidenced by this topic)

It also explains how the instructions you followed made no sense.

No, that is literally exactly where I said it is. It's a seperate area that doesn't link to the Beast's Den at all, it has next to nothing actually in it, but I've seen a lot of people say it might be more important in the Hornet Dlc.

In your first post you said you were looking for the Weaver's Den, and then described the Beast's Den instead. They are 2 different areas, and you were talking about them as if they were the same.

Oh okay, so it turns out I was being a moron. Damnit!

I think you're thinking of the way out right next to the real bench here. The entrance is indeed a one way floor you break by standing on it. What I was saying is that there's actually a second hole in the roof that I believe I heard somewhere was put there for speedrunnung purposes, so speedrunners don't need to wait through the cutscene. I may be wrong on the reasoning there, but I have seen it used before.
