Can't Kill the Menderbug!

Ik how to spawn him (brake the sign at the bottom of the well, leave, come back) but I dont know how to kill him, before I can move he has already gone. Need help!

I have a question, how exactly do I spawn him. Do I go up the chain to Dirtmouth or just go left/right till the sign does not show then return.

Who are you guys talking about? I've finished the hunter's journal and hit 100% and have never come across anything called Menderbug

You have to brake the first sign to the left of the well, then go up the well, then down the well. It has a small % chance of spawning him.

It is a hidden enemy, not sure if you need to kill him to complete the jornal however

Ok do you mean go completely out of the well using "ascend" or do the jumping trick into the secret area?

A more consistent method for killing off the Menderbug is to swap between the room he spawns in and the room to the right (i.e. with the Black Egg Temple). If you come into the room and hear humming (signaling he's spawned), you can go under the small platforms and come right up to the edge of the solid platform at the base of the well without him noticing you. Once there, a simple jump and Spirit shot will guarantee kill Menderbug.

the menderbug appear even after the crossroads are infected?? because I did it a lot of tiumes it doesn't appear (nor I herd any humming). btw I feel sorry for Myla (the miner bug)...

If you have salubra's blessing you can repeatedly slam down, destroying the sign and the menderbug if he's there. If he isn't, you've broken the sign and can now ascend back up the well to try again. Salubra's blessing recharges your soul at the bench, allowing you to retry over and over.
