List of # of Grubs Needed to Get Item Rewards from Grubfather

Since there doesn't seem to be a guide at the moment which lists the amount of grubs you need to find to get the item rewards from the Grubfather, I went ahead and went through the map and specifically counted up the # of grubs needed to get each item. Here's the list I've compiled for anyone who might find it useful:

• 5 = Mask Shard
  
• 10 = Grubsong
  
• 16 = Rancid Egg
  
• 23 = Hallownest Seal
  
• 31 = Pale Ore
  
• 38 = King's Idol
  
• 46 = Grubberfly's Elegy

Well, there's only 40 Grubs total so I think you might be off. It goes in increments of five till the King's Idol, then nothing for 35, and then the Charm for all 40.

That is completely false information. There are definitely 46 grubs total: I counted off the times the Grubfather gave out rewards after not visiting him for the whole game and getting all the grubs on the Collector's Map and he gave out 46 different rewards.

Also, if you look at the v1.7 map Steam guide and count up all the grubs there are definitely 46 grubs total (accounting for the fact there are 3 grubs in the Tower of Love). Furthermore, the guide on getting Steam achievements also states there are 46 grubs total.
