Finding Lightseeds after beating the Broken Vessel

I'm trying to complete the hunter's journal and I've got everything except for lightseeds. Unfortunately, I picked up the journal after beating the Broken Vessel, and I can't find lightseeds anywhere to get the last entry. Anyone know if/where I can find them? Thanks!

Infected crossroads

Thanks! I was afraid I was going to have to give up on that.

For anyone else looking, they're in the top-right of the Infected Crossroads, right before the room with the guard and the grub. They drop from the ceiling as you cross the top of the room.
