room in the bottom left corner of the abyss

so there is an empty room in the bottom left corner of the abyss, it has what appears to be a slab in the middle of it, but no interactions whatsoever. any use at all?

Also: there is a fork when you are descending the blue lifeblood room in the abyss, the right path leads to the charm, but i wasnt able to take the left path, is it just a bunch of spikes to hurt you, or is there another item down there?

...hmmm, apparently I really underestimated Howling Wraiths. Apparently the right build with it turns The Radiance into a cakewalk.

You get a completion % right next to the last bench right before the end of the game.

Yeah, don't feel bad if you didn't solve this puzzle. People are saying "don't the faces look familiar," but they really don't depending on your playstyle. I don't know about anyone else, but I rarely use the spells, especially Howling Wraiths and Desolate Dive -- they just aren't really that useful to me because I always feel like they leave you vulnerable to attacks. Personally, I've always preferred just using melee and saving soul for regaining hp, so I didn't make any kind of connection to the faces. I thought they were resembling the Kingsoul charm, so I was expecting something to happen in that room when I wore the charm.

It's funny, because I was looking through my inventory to see if anything could connect to this room, but the icon for Howling Wraiths doesn't resemble the faces. You only see the faces when you actually use the spell, so that didn't help either. The only way I would've figured this out is just by trying every possible ability I possessed, however my patience ran thin, so here I am in this thread. And like JimZiii was saying above, this is the only puzzle like this in the game. Everything else is just an item pickup, or you would use the Dream Nail.
