Trapped in Kingdoms Edge

Hey guys, I've dropped down somewhere in Kingdoms Edge and can't jump back up that way, it's too high up. On either side there are spikes you need to dash through. To the right there were a load of breakable floors that took me to a giant geo rock. To the left there's a little climb that I can't take any higher because I have no double jump. What do?

I did this before, my only way was to attack those bees to gain height.
But you also can exit to main screen and load your save, you'll be back at your last bench.

Ah fair enough, bit weird that reloading the game makes you lose no progress.

By far the trickiest of all his locations, tho it still gave me an immense amount of satisfaction to find him on my own :) Hope that helped.

I never found him in the waterways, the fungal wastes or the fog canyon. I had to finish the areas to get the maps from him.. In fog canyon, I STILL don't know how to get to him.. Don't tell me, I'll figure it out on another play through. It's just frustrating I've cleared 2/3 of the game it seems, and this area is still a blank on my map, and the map STILL isn't for sale.

Fog Canyon was the last map I got. I won't tell you where he is, but what I will say (to save you some frustration) is that you won't be able to get to where he is until you get Isma's Tear. Good luck!

For those of you getting stuck here and have already killed the bees - there's a breakable piece of ground to the far right in this area, if you go down it and up again all enemies will respawn so you can use this to get new bees.

Hey! Also in this area, going down to the massive Geo rock, there's a small secret cavern with fungi and a mirror or statue or something. Anyone know what to do with that? I can't read it or interact with it in any way and I'm curious.

You need to equip the Shroom Spores badge to read it. It hints to a weird sidequest that ultimately results in a joke(?) bonus scene after the credits.
