Please stop making up rules about the forums that don't exist. If someone can post a thread and get a few interested people to respond then there's no harm in it. Maybe some people LIKE giving tips. So many of these boards are half-dead anyway...I don't think we need to find ways to have even less discussion.

Who says they can't be both? Again, why have some set of rules for discussion? Let the conversation flow as it will.
