Fireborn's Steam guide + video, and emray's video are very helpful for those wanting to get the speed achievements but who aren't quite ready to learn tricks like Shade Skip and Acid Skip.

I finished the game in 4 hours 10 mins following that guide, while going for two more upgrade and two masks, while also fighting THK for the first time ever. Definitely helps
