Grey Prince Zote in pantheons

i have defeated grey prince zote three times but i'm wondering if he stays the same as his first form with no kills or is he the same as how many times you have killed him or is it he starts at final form?

GPZ only appears in pantheons/Hall of Gods if you've defeated him at least once, otherwise he won't appear.
In Godhome, he always has access to all his attacks (and is introduced with all the adjectives), but he deals regular damage.
