[SOLVED] stuck in the green area and cannot continue
[SOLVED] I beat the first semi boss and the first boss, and i explred all the cave but so far only i found locked-up places, or places i cannot reach. And the only way i can advance is with a key that is over $900, am i missing somehing?

[SOLUTION] Seems like i forgot about a hanging bar which was very on top of the spiky floor in the green area

Nope, you never need to farm currency in this game. Keep looking around near where you beat the False Knight until you meet an NPC who will (eventually) give you a new ability. After that, you'll be heading west.

Aside by unlocking gates for benches or Stag stations (to traverse through locations) here and there, your only need for farming is Sly's Lumafly lantern, to traverse through darkness (for 1800 geo). You also don't need the Key yet as you're in the beginning of the game. Can't say from that description, have you visited Greenpath yet? :momocat:
You know there are some challenges that can get you a ton of geo?

The simple key from Sly?
Yeah that isn’t going to help you that much… and I beat the game doing the speed run 2 achievement in under 3 hours and 30 minutes, and never bought it, on that run.
So no you don’t need it to progress.

Anyway
After beating the False Knight, you should find the Snail Shaman, to get the Vengeful Spirit spell.
The trail teaches you can use it against the Baulder blocking path.
You will find another baulder blocking the way to Greenpath…. That should be your next area.

The better thing to save up for it the Lumafly Lantern for 1800, from Sly.
It gets dark in places.

I did, i saw the skinny guy but that ledge is out of reach, an din the other extreme "iirc" there is a guy laughing in a tent but i can treach it either, the other places are locked with metal doors or just impossible to reach without walljump or double jump
Geo is only a soft lock for the lantern, don't bother farming it to buy it, you'll spare the 1800 geo eventually. Same thing with the key, you don't need it right now.

You are missing an entrance, as silly as it might seem. Look at your map closely. If you found your way into Greenpath, you should keep exploring that place until the next boss. After that boss, you'll get an ability that will grant you mobility, so you'll be able to reach many of those ledges and follow new paths.
My advice is not going for the lantern until you get to Greenpath's boss, but you are free to do it if you feel like to.

You mean the one that is below in the map? I cannot reach it because there is hanging ledge which i cannot destroy since is blocked by the upper path, and i dont have dash/souble jump/ wall jump/ etc.

You are on the right track, there is a way around... you have to go down and right to go up and left... and if that skinny bug was wearing a red dress.... you'll met her later.
You must be missing something... you need to find Greenpath's boss. Is Up and Left. Try to find your way into that general direction. Do you already have Greenpath's map?
