i came from the top of fungal wastes and the ground crumble and i fell down, there are 3 ways but 2 of them have a dead end with spikes and another but with a worm instead

explore. You will find a huge pit into white water, sit on the bench there and explore. Its hard but possible.

no problem. Once you reach the white water, go left and up. You will eventually find another bench. From there go left for a new item, then explore to find the exit. Have you beat mantis lords? If yes, its near the 2nd bench.
