Stuck in resting grounds with no desolate dive

So Im stuck in the resting grounds area after getting the dream nail coming from crystal. But I dont have desolate dive or a tram pass which from everything I looked up, seems I needed. I only have dash. There doesnt seem to be any exit to go back to the other places on the map.. Can anyone please help??

There's a stag station connected to the right-hand side of the vertical room that leads to the Seer.

fun fact: unlocking this stag station costed geo on the first versions of the game, but Team Cherry made it free to avoid the player getting locked.
