Delicate flower for Godseeker

Is there any way to wake up Godseeker in order to be able to give her the flower without doing the second Pantheon which requires killing Broken Vessel and thus infecting Crossroads? Or does killing Broken Vessel not trigger the infection, but taking the Wings does? I found conflicting info on that.

Taking the wing does, killing BV doesn't.

So is it worth it going through all that trouble without Wings just to have an easier time delivering the flower? Or is delivering the flower to her not that hard even with infected Crossroads and getting the Wings and thus access to new areas worth the extra trouble.

This is my first playthrough and I suck at this game. So I do not want to make anything even harder but I try to take the smart route.

Infected Crossroads triggers:
✅ Acquiring Monarch Wings
✅ Killing any one from the three Dreamers

After completing the flower quest, you can sit at a bench nearest the Godseeker, go take a flower from the Traitor's Child Grave (place a Dreamgate there if you want), Quit to Menu, and you will respawn on that last bench you sat on with the flower you took. This will make delivering the Delicate Flower to other people much easier.

If you have troubles with the main flower quest (the safest route and preparations), then here is the video and the video description:

Wait. What?

I never quit while not sitting on a bench. I always assumed you would spawn exactly where you quit the game.

That kinda makes all of the flower quests trivial. I could have saved myself so much headache.

I already did the main quest and also already got a flower to the Elder Bug and Nailmaster Oro. Funny story: After I made my way with the flower all the way to the top of Howling Cliffs to deliver it to my friend Nailmaster Oro I realized that his name was not Oro. :/

The main flower quest doesn't allow you to use this technique 🙂 (always defaults to the bench near the Grey Mourner after getting the flower). That's why I wrote "After completing the flower quest".

Thanks for all your advice. I just got the Wings and now I can finally take a look at all the areas that were inaccessible till now. Wonder what I will find.

Four years too late, but you can even sit at the bench inside Godhome, go get the flower, quit and load back just beside Godseeker. ^^
