Are there difficulty settings?

I eventually arrived to the boss fight with Hornet, and kept struggling with it again and again, before deciding to look up the solution.
Turns out, I've been doing things the right way - but I am unable to keep doing this complex combination correctly so many times in a row.
Is there a way to reduce bosses' health (or at least, display it)?

Hi again! There are multiple ways to make the game easier or do (almost) specifically what you want, but sadly not through the in-game options.

There are two main methods :

-Modifying your save file to change some stats (your health, the damage you deal (which indirectly affects the bosses' health), the soul required to heal, and more). I don't have an existing explanation for how to do that that i can link, but if you want to try this method, say so and i'll write an explanation.

-Modding the game, to use mod(s) that make the game easier/modify the things you want to modify. For this method, i've already made an explanation :

Then, you'll need to use scarab to download either "EasyMode" or "DebugMode" (i mean not necessarily these ones, they're just the only ones i know of (and i don't know many mods).)
I'm suggesting DebugMode because it would probably allow for a lot of customization.

Neither of those solutions are perfect, but that's the best i can offer.
