Pale Court Mod Issues - Solved
For some reason the charms are completely ineffective and do nothing. If anyone has a fix or even an answer then it would be highly appreciated!

I haven't played the Pale Court mod. Are there new charms in it, or is your issue with regular charms? Do you have other mods installed?

Yeah there are new charms and that's where the issues lie. I do have other mods installed, but I'm inclined to believe that those aren't interfering.

What are the other mods?
Have you tried reinstalling the mods (and while you're at it, verifying the integrity of game files? (Library -> Right-click on game -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files))

I've got the culprit - it seems to have clashed with the skill upgrades mod
