(spoiler alert i guess) is there a mod that adds the regular radiance statue to the hall of gods

You can't add spoiler tags (or any formatting) to the title of a post, so the only option is to phrase the title differently.

(When creating a post, you can click the "Formatting help" button to the left of "Post Comment" to see the list of formatting tags and how to use them.)

Yes, there is. It's called "Hall of Gods Extras". It adds both HK and AR to Hall of Gods while keeping their stronger counterparts. This does have the consequence of the Hall of Gods tablet at the entrance putting some bosses off-screen but it's nothing big.
