My mods option doesn't show in the Hollow Knight options menu

I've been trying to download mods for hollow knight but when I launch the game and go to the options menu to get to the mods option, it's not there.

Did you correctly set scarab's target filepath to the "Hollow Knight" folder?
If you have or are having trouble setting it, which OS are you on, and which version of Scarab are you using?
