What skills do you need to finish the game with the first ending? Only the must ones please

Vengeful Spirit, Mantis Claw, Dream Nail, Crystal Heart. Those are the only skills you need, which is why they're the only ones you get in a low% speedrun. Of course that requires you to have the technical skill and knowledge required to get to those skills without prerequisites like the dash.

Without using any kinds of skips, one would need Vengeful Spirit, Mothwing Cloak, Mantis Claw, Dream Nail, Crystal Heart, Monarch Wings, and Lumafly Lantern.
The Wings are probably the easiest to skip, followed by Lumafly Lantern.

I think you can switch out Vengeful Spirit for Mothwing Cloak, but it's very difficult, and the dash is worth one more %, which is probably why it's being skipped for a low% speedrun.
