Report a translation problem
When the mod is correctly installed, you should see it at the top-left of your main menu, with the other mods you have installed.
If there is also some larger text that says "Load Enemy Randomizer", then press that button to randomize the enemies using the default settings (Note: you will need to wait a few minutes while this loads). If the button is not there, then go into Options > Mods, and Disable the mod, and then re-enable it. You will also need to close the game entirely, and re-open it.
