alternative soundtrack

most games i turn the sound-track off and throw on some podcasts in the background and listen to lawyers talk law. (exciting)
Hollow Knight has been a game that i've never turned the BGM off though. the music really does add to the experience imo.

however, every time i listen to the song listed below, i'm reminded of the Crystal Caverns.
do you have an alternative song that you believe fits an area of Hollownest?

i may try to edit more songs in the future for areas. but currently this is the only song that puts me in an area, outside of the OST.

Not quite what you're looking for, but I felt it fit the general idea.

The first time I heard the credits in the game (so the normal ending before seeing white palace, as it's the same song), I did a double-take from the music as I found it to have some striking similarities to another song from a game I played back in the day.

It's not similar throughout the entire song, but the similarities are there and they're honestly kinda shocking.

can't believe i didn't think of this song when i started this thread. it's one of the first N'to songs i've heard.
mind you, i'd prefer to hear Hollow Knight's music while playing Hollow Knight.
