White Defender
I'm not sure and i don't remember this boss at all, BUT: I DON'T have the achievement for defeating him but he appears on the wall in the boss room (DLC Godmaster).. so did i challenge him?

If I remember right, HIdden Dreams bosses (White Defender, Grey Prince Zote) you don't need to defeat to be able to fight in Godhome or Pantheons. So you probably didn't fight him.

Yeah. Go back to the Dung Defender's boss room in the Royal Waterways. Underneath the switch you flipped to let the acid flow, there's a crack in the floor you can use Descending Dive on. You'll find Olgrim there, Dream Nail him.
