Crashes only when Im streaming?

I streamed Hollow knight for about 10 hours total with crashes on and off. It ran fine for awhile but now I'm outside of the soul master boss fight and anytime I hit the 2 vases my entire PC just freezes up and I cant do anything. I cant alt tab, ctrl+alt+del to shut down my PC or anything. I have to force shut down my PC.

I have tried playing the game off stream without OBS or any recording program running and the game works fine. I was able to break the vases and fight the soul master without any issue.

anyone know whats causing this? I really want to continue streaming this game for my channel. No other games have caused this issue. Not Ace combat, Siege, FF14 or any other games which are far more stressful on a system.

My specs are below

CPU - Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz

GPU - Zotac gaming GeForce RTX 2080 8GB

Ram - 32gb ( 4 x 8 gb )
