Lifeblood core and the room in the abyss

So I opened the door in the abyss which I'm now figuring out had the lifeblood core charm. How I managed to miss the main loot in that room is beyond me but I left the room with the arcane egg but never picked up the charm. Am I still able to go back in there since I didn't grab the charm or am I ♥♥♥♥♥♥? And if I am ♥♥♥♥♥♥ then is there ANY WAY possible to like edit game files or something because I DO NOT want to have to wait until another playthrough to get salubras blessing, 112%, etc... Thanks.

How did you leave? Did you die? Unless you have some incredible virtual parkour skills (and even then I'm not sure the original entrance is even available once you get there), I don't think you can leave without getting the charm. What happens if you visit the entrance again from outside?

I honestly can't remember how I got out of there, I play this game on and off because of lack of time so I can't say exactly. I also haven't visited the entrance again since I don't want to collect the lifeblood and go all the way there if it's not gonna open so I was asking here first. I will go and see if it lets me back in though. I did get the arcane egg but never the charm so I have no clue what's going on here lol.

Probably, but I would guess the door would remain open then. That's why I asked how OP left the place.

Equip charms with full health (15 masks needed) or use your movement abilities and fast travel and it shouldn't take that long to get all the lifeblood sap (14 masks needed). Think of it as a challenge. I'd suggest using a map for the lifeblood locations so you can plan a quick route. (To avoid spoilers, you can remove everything you want except "Map Misc.")

Can't you just TP there with the upgraded Dream Nail so that way you don't have to worry about losing masks along the way? I seem to recall that's how I did it but it's been a while.

Joni's Blessing. It's in the room that Cornifer was in all the way at Howling Cliffs. Just go inside that room and keep going right, there's some platforming stuff. The charm changes all your masks into Lifeblood masks, and then gives you a little more. Equip that charm and Lifeblood Heart, and Fragile Heart if you can. Quick and easy, and if you need any more you should just be able to get them from one Lifeblood Egg. Go back to the door since it should keep letting you in if you haven't gotten the charm.
