1) Just go radiant mode, because to beat this boss without taking damage need A LOT luck. We don't know when will god of luck come.
2) Yes, AR doesn't have hp different.
3) I use same strategy as you, wait on bottom middle platform. But both way is doable strategy.

1) Go right for Radiant mode. You can overcharm to get more buffs to defeat her. And if it happens that you defeat her without taking any hits on Ascended you will regret not choosing to fight her on Radiant.
2) Same HP.
3) You can wait on the bottom middle platform, it is easier to dodge the incoming orbs when they appear on the screen. The surrounding platforms help blocking those orbs.
Also, don't chase her around the screen, but if she appears close to you in the nearby platforms you can go after her after dodging the attacks.
I recorded my fight where I finally could beat her. I will share it here, maybe it could be of some help.

Whether or not you should stick to Radiant or go Ascended or even Attuned depends on whether you feel you have ANY chance of going hitless. If you go for Ascended or Attuned, don't bother trying to hit her, but just try to do more or less what you'd do when would attack, just without actually attacking. You're practicing not getting hit, so you want to get as much practice time in while wasting as little time as possible on entering/exiting the fight or waiting for battle transitions. Once you find you can go a decent amount of time in a phase without getting hit, move on to the next.
If you do feel you have a real chance of winning at Radiant, go for that. You might get lucky. (this is basically the same as going for the pantheons; you either spend time practicing as efficiently as possible, or retrying as efficiently as possible; don't try both at once)
