Favorite Early/Limited Notch Builds?

I'm only a little ways into my first run (though I've seen full playthroughs), and I'm enjoying using Spells alot more than I thought I would. I only have seven notches so far, so my options are a bit limited, but my favorite Charm Build so far is Shaman Stone+Soul Catcher+Spell Twister. I'm curious to see what Charm Builds are other people's favorite to use early-game.

I prefer using my nail, so my early build (for bosses) is like this:

Longnail (2 notches)
Fragile Strength (3 notches)
Soul Catcher (2 notches)
