In regards to Lost Kin, I have to ask what your stats are like. I'd recomend having the Pure nail and at least 8 masks. A tip I can give is using the charm Defenders Crest. It kills all the balloons as they spawn, so you can focus on Lost Kin. Lost Kin is also a late game boss, so you can just go back to him if you feel ready. Judging by your achivements, your not ready for this boi. He has something like 1250 health and I'm guessing you do 13 per hit.
Also note that if you equip the Shaman Stone, he'll take about 1/15th of his total health in damage from Shade Soul if you already have it.
If you're not using the Defenders Crest, make sure to only attack the ghosts/balloons while Lost Kin is recovering from his previous attack; it's quite easy to get hit by a Dash Slash if you kill a ghost by slashing up and then falling down.
-Get more Hp
-Get more Soul Vessels
-Get Shaman Stone, Defenders Crest,
-Get Shade Soul and Descending Dark
Hit him and spam spells then he dies.

My charms for lost kin: Grubsong, quickslash, unbreakable/fragile strength, defenders crest, thorns of agony, longnail.
To be fair I did just get all the charm notches, but I'm giving my advice. If you don't have them all, definitely stick to Defenders crest, fragile/unbreakable strength, thorns and quickslash. It will be a slower fight without grubsong allowing you to get more soul to heal or attack, but it will be worth it when you beat him.
Felt like Failed Champion was one of the easiest Dream bosses, especially if you wait and fight him later in the game. Was only difficult if you fight him right when you get the Dream ability.
