I got some kind of mark on the black egg temple

So, I was wandering around in the city of tears, I really did see most of the city, then there happened to be a mark that appeared on my map on the black egg temple, but when I go there, it's completely empty. Halp ples ;n;

The map marker of Black Egg Temple appear after the Hornet encounter of the City of Tear Fountain. You can see a similitude between the map marker and the face of the fontain statue.

It's perfectly normal to have nothing new in the Black egg temple at that point ^^ (and to not fully understand the story yet... Well, even not understanding it at all) Continue exploring.

Map updates are more "points of interest" than actual markers in other games that you must follow. As batteran said, keep exploring and eventually you'll understand.
