8GB ram, 1 GB Nvidia 1050ti. Way above what this game asks for. Also it happes randomly not all the time. So it is game's fault I guess.

i7 4600mq
16gb Ram
2GB Geforce 765m Laptop.

Stable 60fps at all times.

Game is not a faulty product.

How is it you only have 1gb vram?
I'm running quite stable on a i7 4279 or something like that. And a gtx 965m. Max settings and a launch command of -heapb. Try the heap launch settings. A,b,or c.

There's this weird phenomenon in my laptop. Even though I am sporting a GTX1070 the framerate is choppy at best when I start the game.

However as soon as I alt-tab away to desktop and alt-tab back to the game, it runs perfecly smooth as butter!

Really really weird!
My laptop has no issues. Here are my specs as listed on the box that it came in:

although my pc is a toaster (2.75 GHZ, i-5, 4 cores, 4 logical processors ) {atleast compared to newer computers} i can run games that i did doubt that my pc cound run at all (cuphead and sonic generations and even this game) they run perfectly fine so its something on your end.

EDIT: This game runs on unity so something may not be right there

Unity bugs just seem so inconsistant between players: even the tiniest, seemingly insignificant thing seems to just break it, seemingly at random(kind of like the Butterfly Effect, which is ingrained into my head because I started watching Steins;Gate today).

To be fair, OP post is pretty useless to begin with. He in no way has a "high end pc" nor is the game "a faulty product in its current state". Runs smooth as butter on my 6 year old rig at a 144fps. So instead of trash the game, maybe look into what might be causing his issue, like that strange, I can't anywhere, 1gb 1050ti...

Cus 1gb 1050ti does not exist. 1050ti is always 2gb or 4gb. The 1050 standard can be 2gb or 4gb as well. 1gb 1050's are not a thing.

First of all, you need to provide specs properly. Games can stutter for plenty of reasons besides your GPU, and if you leave out the other parts it only makes it that much harder to get an understanding of how well your PC could handle the game.

Secondly, if you don't explain your situation better than "randomly" and "faulty product", then that will also prevent anyone from helping you properly. At the very least, specify what in-game options you have and whether or not you have launch options as well as whether you are currently playing on the latest (lifeblood) update.

Now, the game itself is made in Unity, which I highly believe is the biggest reason it used to run poorly even on machines that should have been able to handle the game just fine. However, a majority of those issues have been fixed in the latest update, which optimized the game considerably. I have a hard time believing this is 100% the game's fault considering the update has made lower end PC's run the game very smoothly now.

Also, you may want to double check your GPU.
