There are 2 commands you'll be using often: Soul (spells and healing) and Dash.
With your current setup, you could set Dash to RMB and Soul to Shift.
Other commands you'll need are Charge Dash and Dream Nail. You don't need to hold any directional key while charging these, so I guess you can assign them to Q and E.
movement, jump, map, attack same
Also i made: Q heal, E dash, R crystal heart, F quickcast, RMB dream nail
Left mouse: Nail
Right mouse: Dash
Movement: WASD
Focus(heal): C
Quickcast: E
Dreamnail: Q
Jump: Space
Shift: Crystal dash
Map: TAB
Inventory: B
So far, the most comfortable way of playing, for me at least. :)
attack: E
heal/spells: R
map: M
inventory: I
jump: space
mothwing/shadecloak: Q
EDIT: this makes movement while continus down striking on stuff like spikes REALLY hard (and its only moving while down striking) also this is what i use in almost all 2D games aswell as some 3D games
Jump- Z
Attack- X
Dream Nail- A
Magics- S
Crystal Dash- D
Normal Dash- C
Inventory- I
Quick Map- Tab
This setup has minimal conflict between mechanis, and it's easy on the fingers.
WASD-move
Space-jump
Q-focus
E-quick cast(I don't use it often though)
LMB-attack
RMB-dream nail
F-crystal dash
Tab-map
R-inventory
Shift-dash
I played Dead Cells before this game so I used this setup to not feel alienated between the two games' controll schemes.(wanted to explain)
Arrow keys - movement
Spacebar - jump
Z - cast
x - attack
c - dash
s - super dash
d - dream nail
f - quick cast
ZXC spacebard movement keys is by far the best way to do keyboard (and as we all know keyboard is best for 2d platformers if done like this)
