3. It depends on the charm combination. Some are only game code-related, some's effects are fully visual and have new visual effects, some are somewhere in-between.
That makes things a lot simpler for me, thanks. Although, for the third question, I was asking if there were any cues to look for that indicated that charms synergized with each other other than the in-game effects. For instance, it seems some players expected the charms to shine or flash in the Charms menu screen while equipped if they synergized with each other. Since that doesn't happen (and, again, it should!), I was wondering if there were other things to look for. Not the in-game effects, but something that actually has no effect on the game and just serves to notify the player of synergy.
