i can not move (mouse and keyboard)

i just bought hollow knight, joined the new game and i am playing by mouse and keyboard. but i can't move, i don't know what i do. someone help me pleese.

Are you using the arrow keys for movement? You can check or switch your controls in the main menu.

yes, i had already checked this in the settings. I don't know what I can do besides that ;-;

if you have a spare controller check to see if that works.

if u have a detachable keyboard eithier buy a new one or use the one connected to the computer
