Final boss of Last Panteon is not fun.
Can anyone explain to me how to fight this Absolute Radiance? I mean, this boss is completely incomprehensible to me. The fact is that during the battle, chance plays too much of a role, and situations are constantly created when it is simply impossible to avoid receiving damage due to the situation in the arena. For example: the character is standing on the left side of the arena, because the right one is highlighted, and spikes will appear there soon. Homing projectiles begin to appear in the air, and one of them appears exactly where the character is now, therefore, he receives damage. Not having time to land on the ground, I notice that nails are already flying from the right end of the arena, which must be jumped, but the character is still in the air. And he takes damage again. Avoiding the last row of nails with the help of dash, the character goes directly to the place where the boss is going to attack with the beam, and then... you know. I try my best, but f****ng random ruins everything. I can't even train the second stage normally. Please give me a couple of tips, because I have no idea what I'm doing wrong at all. Sorry for my English, this is not my primary language.

70% of this fight is just staying near the center/bottom of the arena at all times and letting her teleport to you; 10% is dodging attacks with as little movement as possible (don't waste your double jumps and dashes, especially shadow dashes, until you need them; in fact, don't even jump unless you have to), 10% is knowing when it's safe to heal, and the remaining 10% is hand-eye coordination.

As the above posters said, you CAN play aggressively, but unless you're really good, you might still make a few mistakes and die after a 40 minute pantheon. You don't want that, so better just play it safe.

Don't forget to practice in the Hall of Gods until you feel you can always win. Go get 'm!

sigh So many posts complaining about this fight, and none of them even bother to keep it spoiler friendly. I'll wait until you remove the boss name from the title before giving you any advice.

I never considered the boss's name as a spoiler. But if these are the rules, then okay.

Practice in the boss select mode outside of the pantheons.

No rules, just what i would consider common courtesy since we don't have many, if not any mods, and thank you for listening! :D
If you keep dying to the spikes that come out from the wall, you can pogo them and quickly dash after to get your double jump/dash back, you can also use a spell like abyss shriek or shade soul to stall your character mid air, and squeeze through the space. Another very useful tip is you can use descending dark to make the spikes on the floor go away, you can also try to pogo on them while dodging other attacks, don't know if that's a good idea though. There are 2 playstyles i would recommend, maybe playing aggressively and passively. Of course, playing passively is slower but probably higher survivability. And if you choose to play aggressive you should only dodge attacks when you absolutely must, otherwise try to do little movements to avoid them while still attacking, descending dark can help you get out of sticky situations so remember always have a somewhat full soul bar, and try not to use abyss shriek too much, only when you're soul vessels are full, even then make sure you find the perfect moment to use it otherwise you might get hit by something. With these tips hopefully you'll be able to succeed, and if not i could send a few videos of someone fighting her and maybe you could study it and learn new strategies. Also if you have the patience and time i'd suggest practicing her in the Hall of Gods until you have a 7/10 or maybe 10/10 win rate. Good luck! :hollowknight:

This is hardest boss in the game. Random to some extent. Play defensive and focus on dodging, not punching the boss.
Try this guide, it helped me on my early tries

There are way too many tips to give. If you really want I can list around 15-20 of them.
You get better by practicing her in hall of gods for 10 hours. Plus watching speedrun videos.
There are lots randomness in this fight, but 99% of them are fair.
But how to dodge those attack are not indicated. You learn by practicing and watching videos.

The fastest time I finish the first phase(before blade rainfall stage) is 13 seconds(super lucky). That’s why play aggressively. The more time you spend playing around with her, the larger chance you get a hard combo attack. By practicing, you get an idea of how to shriek her to death. Same for the ascended phase, upslash her to death. Use shriek between her attacks. After 2 cycles of intense upslash, she is pretty much done. And you learn how to survive and wait for these two valuable attacking opportunity by practicing and watching videos.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

And here I am, stuck on pantheon 4 at 111% completion, utterly unable to beat Pure Vessel...

Same... even if I get through ||Failed Champion|| and some of the other tricky ones in P4, the last boss there just wrecks me every time :(

@MHzBurglar and roymaster45: You'll get there. Best to practice in Hall of Gods for a while more if you're not sure you're ready (and want to be) for a fight you've managed to at least reach. Also, did you do bindings on the first 3 pantheons? The reward should help.
