Is the watcher knights fight even possible?

Is this a trick? A sick joke? Am I doing something wrong? I hate this, I'm just stuck at this point.

Funny enough, Radiant Grey Prince Zote was actually probably one of my first completed radiant bosses, I think it was just luck.

Watcher knights is very possible, so possible that in fact people do it with only vengeful spirit, old nail and no mask shards in speedruns, it's a very easy fight and one thing i'd suggest trying to get is the upgraded desolate dive with shaman stone.
The best tip i can give you that could probably get you through the fight with ease is play very aggressive, also try hitting the ceiling a few times before you go in the boss room.

I get that its very possible without mask shards and the old nail but thats for very experienced players to say this fight is easy is a blatant lie as it is easily in the top 5 hardest fights in this game.

this fight has nothing compared to soul Tyrant..i still cant do that boss.. and i tried for hours ..thumbs have blisters from the amount of times i tried this fight.

Maybe for Coco it's easy — they wouldn't be lying then, but just saying from their own experience 🙂

For me this fight is one of the hardest in the game, definitively. Even Team Cherry themselves ranked this fight P4, which means Watcher Knights are part of Pantheon 4 - the hardest Pantheon necessary for % Game Completion.

Just goes to show we all find different bosses harder than others. For me, I struggled with most bosses at least a little at first, but Broken Vessel / Lost Kin was particularly hard for me out of the bosses you would see in a normal playthrough, not including any DLC content. If i look back to the very first time I fought each boss, I think they, Traitor Lord, and The Radiance were the hardest for me (again, not including DLC stuff).

For the Watcher Knight fight in the Watcher's Tower, I could coast on full upgrades so it was still hard but it didn't take as many attempts as a number of other fights I had a hard time with at first. Nowadays, I'm confident about doing the (somewhat harder) Godhome version with any individual binding, because it's a very pattern-based boss and you can even directly influence what attacks they're going to do next to manipulate the fight in your favour. Not a lot of bosses let you do that.

Definitely, believe me, though, if I tried to beat Radiant Grey Prince Zote a second time, I would probably die trying. Sometimes, I just have a burst of energy and confidence on my first time doing something, and I usually do better that first time, which is probably how I ended up beating him.

Hahaha, that would help. Kind of like me using Dream Shield for Radiant GPZ. For Radiant Lost Kin, I know what you mean. I find I just have to make sure to keep my concentration up though, and I can do it with my standard damage-focused setup nowadays. They usually get a hit or three in on me in pantheons though, because I can't be bothered to put that much focus into it when I can just heal at the end.
