It's impossible as of now. It's only available on PC. You can look up a guide on how to install mods on pc, relya has one (i might have spelt his name wrong but you can still easily find

Sorry if i wasn't clear enough. By saying "It's only available on PC" I meant the modinstaller, you cannot get mods on anything besides PC. If you played hollow knight on steam, then you could install mods. It's not that big of a deal, if you want to you can buy hk on steam and you could use mods, the only downside is you might lose your ps4 save files. I'm unsure if there's a way to transfer it but there might be. You'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable comes.
