Can I get the Pantheon Achievements in Godseeker mode?

So I recently finished Pantheon of Sage and unlocked Godseeker mode, so now I started a new save in Godseeker mode so I wouldn't need to worry about anything else besides Pantheons. Since I completed the first 3 pantheons I have those 3 achievements. Now if I complete Pantheon of the Knight in Godseeker mode will I still get the achievement?? or will I get it if I do it only in normal mode??

I can't say for sure, but I see no reason why it wouldn't count it

I didn't get the bad romance achievement when i beat him in a Godseeker save.

I would guess that's because the achievement you are referring to isn't one you can get in Godhome at all, regardless of mode used.
When i said "You can get the achievements in all modes", i meant the achievements you're supposed to be able to get from Godhome.
You can't actually get the speedrun achievements through Godseeker mode, for instance.
