Its not letting me put geo into it, I cant even speak to it.

Maybe you already put the max amount into it? 🤔
In my tool you can check the amount of Geo currently in the fountain (Game Completion Essentials section):

I've used your tool to figure out which fragment I haven't acquired yet, that led me to the fountain in the first place but now I'm unable to deposit any geo in it.

So there is 0 amount of Geo in the fountain and you just can't interact with it? Curious... Maybe then you can try Verifying Integrity of game files?

Not 0 there's some amount of geo in the fountain, about 200 and I also tried verifying game files, it doesn't seem to have worked.
