I've gotten 100% progress in game, but didn't get the achievement.

107% at all, where 100% - original game, 6% - Grimm Troupe and 1% Lifeblood, but I still didn't get "Completion".
All charms, bosses, trials upgrades, dreamers, grubs and essence. What's wrong? What I have to do for getting this achievement.

Yeah, go get one of the endings again to get the achievement.

I finished the game 4 or 5 times with different endings and no achievement anyway.

I dunno then, I was only at 101% completion and got the achievement after beating the game.

This achievement pops up right after the credits scene, if I remember correctly. I don't know why you didn't get it, if you said you did this after getting 100%.
Maybe try doing this, restart the system, and then go for the simplest ending again:

I think you might have to watch all of the credits, because you get both completion and pure completion after the credits. I dunno if skipping the credits also skips this, but its worth a try imo.

You can't skip the credits. You can of course hit Alt + F4 to hard exit, but then it will not save the game at the last screen and will not pop up the achievements.

I have 9 masks, all mask shard gotten, 105% completion, beaten the game in 17h+, neither gotten achievement for getting all mask shards, nor for speed completion. I mean, I don't care for the achievements, but I thought, as I have 17h gameplay, maybe I could do that. It seems I can't.
