How to make money?

So, i went to my uncle for thanksgiving and got to play Hollow Knight.

I got to about where this mushroom area is.

I love this game just don't got the money for it.

What are ways to make money on steam? I really want this game.

Uhmm you can use real money to add some balance on your steam wallet via visa card, other credit cards, other payment methods and what not? or you could sell some trading cards that you've acquired from playing other games.

Edit : I don't think there's another way on gaining huge amounts of money on steam. The only thing you need to do is to purchase a steam wallet.

The game is 15 bucks, i know you can sell skins on other games. Ive made about 6 dollars today selling skins.

skins drop randomly. I don't know which games you're talking about but in csgo, 80% of the skins that drop after a match aren't worth any more than 1/70 th of a dollar. You making 6$ off a single skin means you got something uncommon, which doesn't usually happen.

As around, find little jobs like raking leaves, shovel snow, and get a steam gift card when you get about 20 dollars cash. Good thing about gift cards is that no credit card is required, just make sure the card has't been tampered with.

you can check you inventory for other items you can sell like the cards you get from playing games, ive made a couple of dollars from doing just that!

Likewise, observe sites and/or groups like gg.deals. They always let you know when there is a free game giveaway. You may not play those games, but you can use Steam Idle Master to get cards from them, and then sell those cards on the market for free profit.

Got the game? I started playing it a few days ago... Man, what a piece of art! I'm now running on 19 hours of gameplay, and it never gets boring.
But I'll tell you this: You'll get very angry and frustated sometimes when a boss becomes too hard, and you have to always walk a few miles (in game) to reach his area and try again to die again

Oh, and a tip that I carry with me always, is that when you're almost dying, like 1 HP left, and you see no hope, PAUSE the game qnd get back to the menus, then load the game again. This will prevent you from have to fight your ghost, and prevent you from the risk of losing all your money.
You'll be sitting healthy on the nearest bench, everything else will be already saved. Just go back there and try to kill the boss one more time ;)
