Entrances to the City of Tears

Can the door we first go into there be reopened? Or can the chained gate between the city and the fungal wastes be opened?
I unlocked the stag way for the city already in this run, I'm not asking how do I get in and out of the city. I just want to know if those two closed off ways can be opened.

Nope. The main gates open only once and once they're closed, they're closed forever. The other, smaller gate to upper the Fungal Wastes can never be opened.

There is a separate path out around the West door that closes though, once you get Desolate Dive.

— The door you put City Crest into can't be reopened
— The other door is a kind of "pandemic shutdown" probably and can't be opened
— There is a way around City Crest door when you learn a certain (completely optional) spell

You can enter city of tears by the main gate to access the left side of the city.
The elevator can be used early if you use the lantern to skip to crystal peak and then resting grounds going down to the right side of the city.
You can go to deepnest and take the train pass and use it to access the ancient basin and going up across the royal waterways to appear near the king station in the right side.
Take the same travel to ancient basin and this time go to kingdom edge and go up and enter to the right side of the city directly across the king station or the gap in the elevator near the colloseum.

If you took the main door and it closed you can exit by climbing over it and using one skill you will unlock soon you will be able to escape, but you have many difefent ways to exit, i never went back to the main door
